Refund policy

Cancellation Policy Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions: Instructions of withdrawal from this contract

Right to cancel
You have the right to withdraw this contract within 14 days without the need of explanation. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform AYO Berlin, Chausseestraße 33a, 10115 Berlin, Germany, info@ayoberlin.com, by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. You can use the model withdrawal form below, which is not compulsory.

In order to comply with the deadline of the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification declaring that you wish to exercise your right before the expiry of such period.

Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this agreement, we shall repay to you all payments received from you, including delivery charges, immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this agreement. We will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction for such a refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You shall return or deliver the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising your withdrawal rights. You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if a test of the state, characteristics, and functioning of the goods shows that the loss in value is due your unnecessary handling of them.
